With more cloud yesterday the sunshine total was much reduced, down to 3 hours. This, combined with the persistent northerly breeze meant a cool day with below average maximum temperature at 13.1C, the coldest day for a fortnight. However, when the sun did shine the UV level edged back a little higher at 5.6 (Moderate). Again another day with no rainfall.
This morning dawned with much cloud cover although there was the occasional glimpse of the sun just after it rose and a cool start with a temperature of 6.6C at 0800.
